Check out this conference for college-age siblings hosted by SibJourney. The Sibling Leadership Network (SLN) will be well represented at the conference: Katie Arnold, SLN’s Executive Director, as well as Don Meyer, SLN Board member and founder of the Sibling Support Project, will both be attending and presenting. Also, the Massachusetts Sibling Support Network will be represented at the conference as well. Here are more details:
Are you a sib between the ages of 18-30? Do you want to learn more about the latest sibling research, how a trust fund works, and what types of services are available for not only your sib but you as well? If so, please join us for the weekend of June 20-22 at Brandeis University where we will be hosting a conference and going over all of these issues!
Who are we? We are Claire, Renee, and Ellie and we founded Sibs’ Journey. Last summer, the three of us drove around the country and interviewed almost 100 sibs — ranging in age from 4-84. This summer, we are hosting a conference for college-age sibs to share what we’ve learned and gather professionals in the field to share their knowledge on sibs’ issues. For more information about Sibs’ Journey, please visit www.sibsjourney.org.
