sln_logo_color_600dpiThe Sibling Leadership Network (SLN) has a dynamic leadership team on the Board of Directors for the coming year.  Barb Sapharas becomes the new Chair of the Board after her past year as the Vice Chair.  Barb brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience as a sibling and a professional who has worked in the field of developmental disabilities for over 37 years. Barb is also a leader of the Ohio SIBS chapter.  A new addition to the SLN Board is David Horton who becomes the Vice Chair of the Board.  David is a sibling who has a disability and is an advocate for strengthening supports for families who have siblings with disabilities. Also, Tamar Heller will continue in her role as Treasurer of the Board and Angela Martin will continue as the Secretary of the Board.  After an active year leading the SLN Board, Pat Carver transitions to the Outgoing Chair of the Board.  Pat’s leadership over the past year have really brought the SLN to a new level that has professionalized the organization.  In addition to this tremendous Executive Committee, the SLN has a tremendous group of dedicated Board members from across the country that really make the SLN what it is today.  For more information on the SLN Board, visit:
