As we prepare to enter the Thanksgiving and holiday season, I would like to take a moment to pause during these unprecedented times. This year has been tough on many, but I am encouraged by the resiliency and support for others that I have seen arise during this pandemic. It is truly times of crisis and uncertainty that can bring us together.
I have especially seen this within our Sibling Leadership Network. Our need for community and support has been highlighted this year. As a Board we have come together to address unique issues that have arisen during the pandemic, as well as race and social justice issues. These discussions have brought us closer as a Board and opened up discussions for the sibling community as a whole. I am encouraged by the thoughtfulness and honesty that has been portrayed through our group.
One of the challenges that we, as well as many organizations, are currently faced with is financial. Typically reliable funding sources are in limbo this year. As we look to move forward, we ask you to continue to join in community with us to support the Sibling Leadership Network. One way of support is to participate in our Holiday Appeal Campaign. Contributing during this campaign can help stretch your donation even further, as we, once again, will have matching donations. Through named and anonymous donors, every dollar you contribute (up to $3500) will be matched. This match is especially critical this year to help your dollar go further, as you are essentially doubling your contribution!

We will be kicking off our Holiday Appeal this year through the end of December.
