LEARN TO BE MINDFUL:
A Virtual Program for People with Developmental Disabilities and their Siblings

Learn mindfulness strategies to help cope with stress, enhance your relationships, and improve your overall health and well-being. This virtual mindfulness program is developed for adults with DD and their siblings.

You can participate in the mindfulness series by learning through the self-paced course and/or participating in the live Zoom sessions.  You can login to the self-paced course at any time convenient for you to learn strategies to enhance your life. Then, you can connect with others in a community of learning during the live Zoom sessions.
