At the beginning of January the product testing and recommendation site, Reviewed announced the launch of a new category focused on providing in-depth product insights for adaptive products, assistive technology, and accessible design for people with disabilities, people who are aging, and their caregivers. Product reviews in this category are led, edited, and written by people who are actually living with these challenges: disabled writers, aging-in-place experts, caregivers, and seniors.
Despite launching just a few weeks ago, Reviewed’s accessibility category already has over 40 features, such as alarm clocks for the deaf, a unique and ergonomic chef’s knife, and how these smart glasses help a blind person navigate the world around them.
