πŸŽ™οΈ Sheena Brevig is partnering with the Sibling Leadership Network (SLN) to launch a new podcast dedicated to exploring the unique experiences of being a Sib.As a Sib herself, Sheena has spent years navigating her own mental and physical wellness β€” often independently, like many in the Sib community. While challenges like anxiety, burnout, and over-giving are common, she’s found these experiences are often intensified by the unique dynamics of being a Sib.πŸ’¬ This podcast aims to create space for honest conversation, connection, and healing. It’s rooted in the belief that Sib stories matter, Sib mental health matters, and that this identity deserves dedicated attention.πŸ“ This short survey will help shape the podcast by:✨ Highlighting topics that resonate with real Sib experiences✨ Identifying themes that are most important to the community✨ Connecting with potential guests who want to share their stories✨ Gauging interest in a supportive Sib community⏱️ The survey takes just 5–7 minutes, and every response plays a vital role in building a podcast β€” and possibly a larger community β€” that truly reflects and supports the needs of Sibs.πŸ”’ All personal information will remain confidential. Any shared stories will be anonymized unless you choose to be featured. Demographic info is only used to better serve our community and is never shared externally.πŸ™ Thank you for lending your voice to this important project.
