The SLN celebrates April as Autism Awareness Month by sharing some great resources. Autism NOW: National Autism Resource & Information Center is an initiative of The Arc. There is a wealth of information and resources for people with autism and their families on Autism NOW’s website. Other great resources include those provided by the Autistic Self Advocacy Network (http://autisticadvocacy.org/) and Autism Society of America (http://www.autism-society.org/). Brothers and sisters can become meaningfully involved in the conversations concerning advocacy, services, and supports.
