Research Opportunity: Siblings’ Attitudes Towards Disability

General

KristinaMajewskiFamilyHere is an opportunity to participate in a research study on siblings’ attitudes towards disability:
In order to learn more about siblings’ views of and attitudes towards disability we are looking for siblings to participate in a short online activity where they sort words into categories and answer questions about how they feel about people with disabilities. This activity is online so it can be taken anywhere and will only take you about 15 minutes!
All data during this study will be confidential. If you have any questions contact Carli at cfried6@uic.edu.

  • Hello,
What is the age requirement? I have a 5 year old son and would like to know if he can participate. I also work at a school and would like to share the info.
    Thanks

  • First, I want to know what (university?) ULC is. Second, I am reluctant to load a script/Java tool I’ve never heard of. Isn’t there a more straight-forward way to conduct the survey, such as SurveyMonkey?
My sibling situation: I’m the 80-year-old sibling of a 70-year-old brother on the autism spectrum.
