Using the Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) to Determine the Needs of Children and Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disability: A Systematic Review

Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) is beginning to gain the function of being an international tool in determining the supports needed of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this session, the findings from the evaluation of studies using SIS as a data collection tool between 2004 and 2018 will be shared. In this presentation, suggestions based on the reviewed studies on how to contribute to the international use of SIS will be shared with participants.
