Access to Mindfulness Session Ends March 31st

Time is running out for you to access the sessions. Be sure to access the Mindfulness sessions between now and March 31st

If you missed any live Zoom sessions or haven’t had time to review the self-paced modules, you can view them until the end of March!

You can login to the course at any time convenient for you to learn strategies to enhance your life. You can participate in all 3 topics or choose one or two.  You do not need to participate in session 1 in order to participate in the session 2 or 3.
