The Policy and Advocacy chairs of the SLN present their tips and recommendations for making the most out of your advocacy efforts. No previous knowledge is required! We will begin with an overview of general advocacy tips and civics 101 to help siblings begin their journey. Then join us as we show listeners how to research policies of interest using official federal resources and use the Kingdon’s model of policy analysis to plan your advocacy efforts. Get the most out of your efforts with the tips and tricks that Nina and Tiffany use on a regular basis.
